Garlic Feather had stopped asking questions after he noticed he wasn't going to get any answers, he was trying his best to walk but it was more of a stumble, and he was grateful for what little body heat was provided when he was pressed against Jay Frost, every paw step made Garlic want to slump down but of course. He would never have been so cruel as to leave Jay Frost to try get him up again. Every step was accompanied by a small cough. The moment he spotted the opening he picked up his pace finding a new strength albeit a brief bit of energy, relief washing over him as the scent from it was not in the least discouraging. Not to someone who was so tired they'd take a sleep in the snow just to regain their energy. Garlic Feather went in and almost instantaneously slumped down head resting against the floor of the burrow, relieved that they'd made it at all, maybe star clan had heard his prayers after all. He closed his eyes tight trying to stay awake, he couldn't sleep just yet, but he took his chance to regain some energy curling his tail around himself and shivered, burying his face in his paws as he spluttered coughing. He glanced over at Jay Frost, Garlic assumed they had no choice but to stay here until all this wind and snow had eased or passed. hopefully that was quite obvious.

a tall silver classic-tabby with well groomed short to medium length fur and icy blue eyes
he entered the burrow behind garlicfeather, frowning at both the inside of it and the state the other tom was in.
frown intensifying as he peaked out of the entrance again, there was no way they were going to get back to camp any time soon.
he let out a shuddering sigh, breath foggy in his view though quickly carried away by the wind, and turned around to return to garlic.
"dont sleep. youre wet, youll die" he commanded the very soggy dark blob of fur by his paws and started attempting to dry the other by grooming his fur up, allowing the moisture to escape and his fur to dry faster.
it was cold in the burrow and everything that wasnt numb hurt. his jaws were aching from the pressure of pulling garlicfeather out of the water and the repeated licking but he couldnt allow himself to stop. they werent out of the water yet. well. they were
literally but not- who was he even explaining this to.
