Poppysong has a deep red-brown pelt with black spots down their face and back, their belly is also that same black. They have orange spots and speckles along their face and the base of their tail. They have a scar on the right side of their face from when they fell off a rock as an apprentice, which kept them in the medicine den for a week or so. Poppysong is a very energetic Windclan warrior who likes adventure more than anything. They are courageous but often gets in their own head about things.
Despite seemingly loving the rush of exploring something new in the face of danger, Poppysong is a very hesitant type. When making a decision, unless they impulsively make it in a split second before anything, their mind is flooded with fears and anxieties and second guesses, usually resulting in the anxiety lasting long after the decision is eventually made.
Because of this impulsiveness, Poppysong rarely considers the risks of physical injury or damage to their reputation. They don’t see it as a big deal, likely because they have rarely gotten severe injuries or ones that leave scars, and because they don’t exactly care for their own reputation unless it effects those they care for.
Their greatest motivation for being a warrior, and throwing themself in danger, is to protect their clan and those they love personally. They want to protect everyone and if something (or someone) threatens that, they will retaliate quickly, influencied greatly by their impulsive nature.
They are scared of illness, though, as there is nothing they can do to avoid it or prevent it. So that fear just sits rent-free in the back of their mind.
Poppysong currently has their front left leg disfigured after not getting medical treatment after a tunnel collapsing on them.
