Webdusk noticed her lunge, stepping to the side and attempting to use her momentum to hit her from the side. He raised her paw and struck towards Larkfire's leg, attempting to strike her off balance if not make it painful to walk.

Amber hues flashing as Webdusk avoided her blow, Larkfire instantly made to dodge as he retaliated, but her reflexes were still slightly slow and when she rolled out of their range, Larkfire did take a brief blow to the side of her flank. Pinpricks of blood dripped out of the wound, but Larkfire paid the minute scratch no mind. She whirled back to Webdusk, attempting to bite down on his tail and tug or aim her claws for her hindleg, hopefully either of these to throw off the other feline's balance.
