Oh, what a grump. She held back a good-natured laugh, instead she simply offered the young hornet a cheeky grin.

It was pretty rare for Drizzlecloud to just slink around looking for someone–such a rare occurrence that this was the first time that she’d done it since she became a Medicine Cat herself. Anyway, by the looks of it, he seemed to be healing fine. He could walk without flinching in pain, but his shoulder still looked pretty ugly, if she was being honest.

Familiar. She could recall scolding the clan’s deputy for the very same reason, but her scolding with Sharpclaw was considerably more gentle than her approach with Alderstep was.
