She was unaware of the life around her, solely focusing on the discomfort she felt from her surroundings. Cold. She squirmed, but made no noise, her tiny body breathing hard. She hated it.
Something pushed past her, and in her aggression, she mewed loudly and tried to bite at the other life. Of course, she had no teeth and could not see, but she tried. When she realized her target was lost, she huffed, and returned to her curled up position, ignoring the other kittens moving for their mother's milk.
