Ferretsnap had met a lot of annoying cats in his life (no, he wasn't old.) but Wispwatcher really, really had begun to get on his nerves. Now, he liked to think his temper wasnt short. He was simply... blunt. He didn't care about anyone's feelings. Just get things done and don't be a mouse-brain.

Rolling his eyes, he very decisively chose not to respond to the young warrior. Instead, he centered his mind on hunting. No more listening to Wispwatcher, just hunting. Only hunting.

Dropping into a crouch, Ferretsnap leapt into a nearby bush only to come out holding a shrew. Easy.
