For the love of the Starless Forest! It was never-ending. It was one thing after freaking another thing. It was bad enough that she hated the majority of the cats in her clan because of a select few dung-for-brains, now she had to figure out how to deal with ThunderClan on top of all of it, and don't even get her started on the freak rogues that apparently killed another one of her warriors.
The ShadowClan leader snorted and snarled, grumbling aggravatingly under her breath as she dragged the dead weight into camp with her. She rested Oliveglow's body in the clearing near the rocky path that led in and out of the camp. She'd make one of her enforcers take him out and bury him later, along with the other three. Having just returned from the little border skirmish with ThunderClan, Dawnstar's amusement with the whole thing had soured the longer she thought about the waste of warriors. None of them had been annoying or acting out so as far as Dawnstar was concerned they were good warriors, now Whisperingwolf, Ivyleaf, Oliveglow, and Mossfang were out of commission for good, plus Shadowflight but considering the latter had been out alone, Dawnstar was more infuriated with the she-cat's disobedience over anything else. Still, she was down another queen as well. It was not a difficult task to get Dawnstar's temper to flare, and aside from dealing with nincompoops, having her warriors killed over defending their home....
"ShadowClan!" Dawnstar yowled, stretching her jaw as she crossed the clearing and leaped up onto Shadowledge. Was today going to be another yowling meeting? Yes, when wasn't Dawnstar screeching her head off about something? The Clan should be used to Dawnstar's prickly temper by now. However, today she'd be raving and ranting about ThunderClan. Sparrowstar had promised her compensation for ThunderClan's actions and Dawnstar planned to take what was offered and more purely to remind ThunderClan not to mess with her, especially when her mood has been nonstop anger and rage for the past moon!
Dawnstar didn't dislike Sparrowstar, for a young leader, she was easy enough to deal with and not haughty or arrogant enough to ignore her clanmates' mistakes. Dawnstar genuinely liked that she'd be taking responsibility for her clan's appalling actions, and could even respect her a bit for it, but the fact that her clan was bold enough to think they could cross into ShadowClan's home and try and steal their prey... Nope, that was going to have some serious repercussions especially when Dawnstar hadn't done anything yet to deserve the blatant disrespect and it involved the deaths of multiple warriors.
