Badgerpaw
It didn't take long for a bulky apprentice to slide his way behind Badgerpaw after he gave that Dawnstar a piece of his mind. Turning to face the smaller apprentice, Badgerpaw was surprised to hear nothing but two words: Away and now. And for such a young tom, he had a deep voice. If the young tuxedo had to guess, this apprentice was not much older than 11 moons- though that was just a guess.
Before he could move aside to give the ShadowClan apprentice his space, Twilightstar spoke up in defense of him.
Oh, great... he sighed under his breath as the rain continued to come down. This was one of the few times he didn't know whether to apologize or not, but he did so anyway out of respect to all those involved in the situation.
"Apologies for the disruption... I'll- I'll be over there, Twilightstar." he pointed toward the edge of the crowd with the white tip on his tail and stalked over there before his mother continued with her announcements.
There was nothing aside from the ordinary announcements such as how the Clan was doing, so he simply nodded his head in silent confirmation and continued listening to the gray leader talk about Twistedpaw, Gorsepaw, and Butterflypaw's apprenticeships along with the former ShadowClanner who called himself Maplepaw. Snowybreeze's warriorhood had also been announced. The memories of the warrior becoming an apprentice were still fresh in his mind. That was the meeting he had officially become a member of WindClan.
I'll be a warrior at some point... my training is done.
Pretty soon, Fireflymeadow's and Fireflame's deaths were announced to the other Clans and the young green-eyed tom couldn't help but dip his head in respect to his fallen Clanmates. Willowsky's exile then made its way into the cold, wet atmosphere. He did feel awful for Twistedpaw having such a horrible mother, but that made Badgerpaw all the more grateful to have Twilightstar as his adopted mother, mentor, and leader.
I hope Willowsky never shows her face around Twistedpaw again.
Maplepaw
The overwhelming scent and splash of rain against his pelt was annoying to say the least, but he bit his tongue to prevent any sort of snide remark in the presense of Dawnstar. He had no idea if she would spot him amongst the crowd, and stars, he did not
wish for her to recognize him otherwise she'd surely have his pelt or worse- Twilightstar's. Shrinking, the flat-faced tom kept his gaze somewhere else while listening to the conversation between his new leader's tuxedo-pelted apprentice, Dawnstar, Twilightstar, and whoever the other cat was that looked just as creepy as Dawnstar. The apprentice he didn't know looked oddly muscular and had a stare that went straight through one's soul.
Creepy fluff...
