The small tom stared at the body in the center of camp his small body froze in horror, but it soon gave way to curiosity. Dawnstar why did the warriors hurt others from shadowclan? We’re they bad? he squeaked hopefully loud enough to be heard over the ruckus of the other cats. As he listend to dawnstar speak his small tiny brown tail twitched in anticipation. Eyes turned towards heather’rain who had been sitting down not far away from them. But once they began to crazily rant on. The small brown kit was petrified. And as they admitted to killing the other clan cats he couldn’t suppress the what! Is wrong with you! as it fumbled from his shaking body.

A moment later something red and warm splattered across his face and chest. He froze. What’s this stuff. Why does it smell so bad. he glanced over as beeflight fell over. The red stuff was coming from them. And Heather rain had just clawed beeflight. As his tiny brain pieced things together, his eyes widened and his pupils shrank. Stumbling backwards he slid across the surface of the slippery rock. Smearing blood in his wake a he fumbled to get back to his paws.

Flamecall saw the kit and quickly understood what had happened. They didn’t particularly enjoy being around kits, but Flamecall would never leave a kit in this kind of situation.
Quickly, Flamecall moved to block Hazelkit’s veiw, even though it was already too late for that.
“Hazelkit,” They meowed evenly, now and then glancing behind them, “How about I take you back to the nursery and get you cleaned up? After that how about we…” Flamecall was going to hate this, but they reminded themself that this was for a kit that they were doing this, “…how about we play some mossball, or something?”
