Midnightpaw entered the clearing with a piece of fish, having just grabbed it from the pile. He looked around the Riverclan camp for someone he could share with.

He had made a few new friends recently, so he hoped he could spot one of them in the clearing or maybe event the apprentices den. His long black and white tail wagged behind him as he looked around.

Seapaw exited the Apprentice Den with a yawn. They were up before noon once more! A massive win for them. Sage eyes adjusted to the light as they padded along, newleaf sun warming their pelt. His eyes darted around, till they settled on Midnightpaw. Ah, their friend! And he had a nice fish with him. Seapaw wandered over, offering him a kind smile. "Morning!" Last time they'd spoken to Midnightpaw it'd been really nice! They were thankful to have so many friends around.

The jet-black tom turned to see Seapaw approaching. ``Oh, Seapaw, g'morning!`` He replied after he set the fish down. He remembered interacting with the fellow apprentice, they were cool! ``You hungry? We can share some fish if you'd like!`` Midnight was usually pretty hungry when he woke up, but he understood that a lot of cats didn't enjoy eating so soon like he did.

Midnightpaw settled down, tail wrapped around him. Even if Seapaw didn't want to share some food, they could still have a good talk! The tuxedo smiled as he pushed the fish slightly towards his friend.

Hungry? Gosh, now that he thought about it, he really was! "Mhm, I'd love to!" His stomach rumbled just from looking at it. He was glad to know Midnightpaw remembered him, from the last time they spoke.
The apprentice sat down and sniffing at the fish - it smelt good! Their long tail wafted excitedly, sweeping the ground behind them, almost featherlike - before he tucked it around his paws neatly. "How've you been doing, anyway?" They asked with a head tilt. It was always nice to catch up with their denmates, and how their training's going. Stars, he was just realising when it came to his own training, he was almost done!
