all participants receive 100kk each [however if you are first, second or third, you will not receive the participation prize, only the first, second or third place prize]

basically, draw a picture of one of your ocs based on the theme and post it below [e.g. the theme is ice, you might draw a freezing or half-frozen version of your character~], no need to sign up! the judges will each give the art a score out of ten and the average score out of the judges will be your artwork's score! at the end of the round, the highest scorer wins!
