[since there were two appliances for the mate, i'll post a starter for both of them to respond to and after about 3-4 roleplay posts i'll choose which one would suit basil best] Pacing along the ShadowClan-ThunderClan border, the grey tom's ears were pricked for any signs of enemies. No one dares cross the border when I'm guarding it, he thought proudly to himself. The bushes rustled. Basil turned to the border. No one. But there was a scent in the air... A fresh, ThunderClan scent, one that wasn't part of the border markers. 'Who's there?' he called suspiciously. Intruder..? |

'Who are you, and why are you crawling around the border, being sneaky and suspicious?' His hackles raised and his tail lashing, Basil glared at the ThunderClan she-cat. She's probably plotting against ShadowClan. He unsheathed his claws. Which means I'll have to protect the clan. He'd do it willingly. Anything to protect his clan, the mighty ShadowClan, at all costs. |

My fur got caught in a bush for a moment, leaving white calico fur embroidered into the bush. My tail flicked as I headed homeward, thinking longingly, Where is the he-cat that saved my life..? He wasn't going to start a fight. Irritated, he started walking back to camp. [ timeskip <3 ] He was patrolling the border, just in case... Just in case that annnoying ThunderClan she-cat - what was her name again? - strayed across the border again. His ears pricked, he glanced around suspiciously. Was that a bush rustling? Better safe than sorry. 'Who's there? Come out to where I can see you, right now this instant!' A bit harsh, but intruders were intruders. |
