I hope for his sake he isn't underestimating me, she thought, though to be honest, she didn't 'hope for his sake'. Auroraflame knew she wouldn't be able to intimidate this cat with her appearance, so she decided to try using her words instead.

She released after the taste of blood overwhelmed her, she jumped back and spat out the thick, red liquid that had built up in her mouth, clogging her senses. This blood was not like the great taste of prey, it was bitter, and nasty with clumps of the other's fur mixed in and she hated it. She hoped never again would she have to bite another cat.

Gorsefeather wasn't one to judge by appearance, but Auroraflame and her 'SkyClan friends' were no match for Singenight and the whole of WindClan. The other clans had been defeated, but they are weak. The other clan had to be rescued by this pathetic excuse for a clan. Gorsefeather flexed his claws and stepped closer to the SkyClan Deputy. He twitched his ears irritably and bared his teeth, clearly ready for a fight. "I am confident in myself, as well as you clearly are." He hissed. "I suggest we stop the chitchat and finish this with our claws." Gorsefeather snarled.
