"Come on! We have to get back before dark." He said and raced on through the forest. (Now we're going back to Thunderclan Clearing) |

Re: ThunderClan Territory
"LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!" Cinderkit's booming call resounded through the forest, alerting probably every creature within the next 10 miles of her presence. She hadn't found the time to be quiet, lately; she'd had enough quiet time after the raid on their camp. For now, it was time to have fun! Lift some spirits! She could afford to take her mind off the pain binding her and her clanmates. Not that her mind was on much on the first place.
"C'mon, come on!" She goaded the group, hopping up and down. Her paws danced across the forest floor with fervor, ready to get going. "The forest's not that big, they can catch up easy! We're big kids." The insistence probably wouldn't get her anything but in trouble, though her impatience and excitement was difficult to conquer. @Zee |
Re: ThunderClan Territory
Lark sat in a tree a bit from the ''border'', her light brown pelt dappled with the sunlight that trickled down between the leaves. Thunderclan... she whispered slowly to her self, gazing down from her branch. You call your self... Thunderclan hu? Lark had always been a little curios on them... on their "herbs" and "warriors" and... what did they call it... Starclan... Stormclan, Thunderclan, Shadowclan... and Streamclan? Anyway... She twitched her white tail a sighed, she hadn't seen anyone in a while... And what's the point of spying of there isn't anyone to spy on... (Open to any TC cat to come a spot her) |

Yarrowshade, finally fixed up, was now ready to be useful. She needed to. If one good thing had come from her mentor, it was work ethic. Ugh, she didn't understand why Whitewolf kept popping up in her mind. She's dead and that's good. Yarrowshade looked over in various tree crevices. That's where cobwebs usually hung. She delicately spun them around her paw, making a sort of yarn ball. She finally had a good amount. She needed to take these to Icicleripple now. She sighed heavily. This child was occupying her place. She'd dreamed of it for so long. She still dissected her pret sometimes, curious to see how it worked. But, alas, this was all she had to work with. Now she'd moved on to wanting to be deputy and leader. More prestigious,* though sadly not as fun. |
Re: Muskrat Mire
Dogbark _______ Oh no, that little spitfire wasn't getting in front of Dogbark. Many other cats would probably tolerate Yarrowshade's disrespect, but not this tom! Growling a warning, Dogbark pushed past her, "Learn your place young'un!" He snapped, tail bristling slightly. Hm, he'd never pulled the "young'un" card before, but it was applicable, as Dogbark would be considered old to this cat. He gave her a sidelong glance as they made their way into the Mire, his tail twitched with ancipation of prey, nice, warm, prey... though, there was always the minor threat of those nasty Muskrats, but Dogbark doubted they'd show their ugly little faces today, even if they did, they'd be beat back easily by the Warriors. "Alright," Barked Dogbark, "I want us each to catch at least two pieces of prey! I want those kits, Queens, and Elders to eat well this morning!" He swung his head towards Yarrowshade, "Got that?" |
Re: Muskrat Mire
Trotting behind the two as he brought up the rear of the patrol, Tawnybird couldn’t help but quietly chuckle. Both cats were good, true warriors in his eyes, so the little squabble didn’t concern him much. Everyone was antsy on their paws what with the lack of leadership and rebuilding after RiverClan’s attack - but at least it appeared that there were some who were stepping up to meet the challenging of helping to rebuild the Clan. |
Re: Muskrat Mire
@spade
@Willowfern The stubborn she-cat was very upset now. How dare anyone push her around?! And as Dogbark started ordering them around her hatred festered even more. I'll show them! Yarrowshade frowned. "I think I could've figured out what to do myself, thanks." she hissed at Dogbark. She turned to tawnybird. "Pffft, it's just muskrats and I'm no coward." She didn't need to pick on him but the other one had soured her mood. She stalked around, inquisitively. After a while, a juicy raven came into view. As the animal was pecking at the ground distractedly, Yarrowshade snuck around it and leaped, catching the bird with relative ease. |
Re: Muskrat Mire
Dogbark _______ Not even listening to little-miss-snarky-attuitude, Dogbark nodded at Tawnybird, "Likewise to you." Padding off, ears flicking with every sound, tail low and stiff, Dogbark soon startled a vole. He pounced upon the vole and snapped its neck, mumbling in appreciation to StarClan for this clean, easy kill. Burying the vole and marking the spot with an "x" scratched over the surface, Dogbark padded on, ears perked for more prey. A small while later, Dogbark spotted a mouse eating a nut in the leaf mold, he bunched up his haunches, and sprang, quickly killing the mouse and offering his thanks. Burying the mouse, any other Warrior might have started heading back, but not Dogbark, he was intent on a bigger kill, a scent he had caught off and on as he hunted, and now it was fresh. Crouching down, Dogbark started to close in. |
