Stormspirit's tail swayed back in forth in approval as she witnessed Cloudspot's kill in silent anticipation. She smiled when he delivered the final blow. "Good catch. That didn't take long either; maybe today's a good day for hunting? Or maybe they're all just running out of their dens to catch sight of such a ferocious Warrior."

@Grimshadow ) "Thanks," Spotcloud thanked the shecat, his words a bit muffled by the squirrel he was carrying over to the base of the tree Stormspirit was in. He set it on the ground before burying it like always. He looked up, expecting the climber to be creeping up on some bird.

"Mhm! Oh, and when I said 'ferocious Warrior, I was talking about myself. You're welcome." Stormspirit did what looked like a mock bow before she finally dropped into a crouch, ready for her turn at hunting. She had to climb to several different trees before she finally got the fresh scent of a magpie, which she followed up higher. The magpie the scent belonged to was resting at the edge of a fairly thin branch, looking the other way. Trying not to put much weight on the flimsy resting spot so to not break it or alert the bird to her presence, she got ready to pounce on it. Like a flash of lightning, she sprang, catching the magpie in her jaws and breaking its neck. She felt the branch nearly give way under her weight and jumped back to safety and then climbed down until she got back to the ground to regroup with Spotcloud.

@Grimshadow ) Spotcloud rolled his eyes and smiled. When Stormspirit returned, he looked at the magpie she had dangling from her jaws."Nice catch," he told her. "Should we hunt more or bring this back to camp?"

Stormspirit placed her kill on the ground momentarily to speak. "Hm... I feel like I've accomplished something for today, so unless there's anything else you want to do, let's head back. I guess you shouldn't have buried your catch before you asked that," she giggled and bumped him with her head. Afterwards, she picked up the magpie and carried it back to Camp.

@Grimshadow ) Spotcloud unburied his catch and picked it up in his mouth again before following Stormspirit back to camp.

Rowanflame heads out of the camp smiling brightly. She had a perfect plan so that she and autumnspot could be together without keeping their relationship a secret.

Burstpaw padded onto the cold stone of the Training Cave right in front of his mentor. He'd been here a couple times before, in which he'd learned his first fighting moves, and had found himself much better at it then he'd thought. Maybe I'm not too good, but at least I'm not terrible! He went to the back, where he personally liked to be, and turned around, looking for his mentor. "What will we do today?"

Flamingarrow entered behind the young apprentice. The orange tom cat was pleased with how well his apprentice was doing for his age. He had lost track of how old Burstpaw was, but it didn't exactly matter to him. "Alright Burstpaw, I figured that today we could work on your offense and defense. We'll start with your offense. I'll remain on defense, acting as if I'm protecting my clan from invaders, which will be you. In your situation, what would you seek to do first?" He asked, his green orbs a light with his preparedness for the coming mock battle.

Burstpaw thought for a moment, bending down into a battle crouch. "Well... I'd size up my opponent, then decide whether to pounce on them or try to claw them." He hadn't had much training, so he didn't know exactly what Flammingarrow would've done, but it was his best bet. And it sounds like something someone would do, and it seems as though it could work. He then looked at the bright orange tom, doing exactly as he'd said. He's bigger than me, so I may try to claw him, and maybe I could use my speed to my advantage...
