I'm a little late on this, but this is just something random I wanted to ask. Does this mean that Derpple and Ashie had their HR's before then because if so, wow, that is a long time to have 2 leaders.

yes
dapplestar became a leader in 2013 and ashstar in 2014

Hey I just thought about this recently...but what condition is my account/am I in? Like infractions wise etc. and how eligible am I for a HR or moderator etc.?

Also, can I just say how much I love Ray and Luna's idea for PeachFuzz and Tinyfuzz...it's very interesting because I don't think there has ever been a character like them...
