backstory: sunday is a kittypet born and raised. his mother and father are both kittypets, but growing up his mother would tell him stories of the forest cats on his father's side of the family. this left sunday intrigued by these colonies of cats residing in the nearby forest, but he has yet to go about investigating them. he lives alone with his housefolk and is primarily an indoor cat, though recently his housefolk have been letting him out into the garden more often as he gets older. he is indifferent to kittypet life and open to learning different ways of living.

he has recently begun experimenting with his gender identity after an encounter with a genderfluid kittypet and moons of not resonating with being perceived as a she-cat. his switch to masculine pronouns is still new and exploratory.

backstory: sprite grew up on a farm with her two siblings and her mother. she was raised to be a mouser, handling rats and other pests on the large property, and learned to be comfortable around dogs and various livestock. when she hit about 20 moons the farm shut down, and sprite split from her family as they all went about their lives now as loners. about six moons later, sprite was picked up by some twolegs and adopted out to her current housefolk. they have a pretty large yard and don't mind if she comes or goes, so she's grown to like her current homebase.





she enjoys venturing into the forest or the city to meet other loners, and helps out kits when she can. she hates to see a cat suffer, so often times she can be found teaching someone to hunt, or helping them find some housefolk to take them in, or even letting them shelter in her own garden until they get back on their feet.
