Is there a good character form for character site's?

There's a form in the biographies section that most people use. You can add or subtract parts of it as needed.

You can make your own form if you wish! You can look at a few peoples sites and kinda add what you like or ask to use theirs. I know I've seen a few people use the form off my site if you wanna look at that (:
