Hi all!

I’m new here, and this may be a stupid question, but it seems like I’m having issues accessing certain features of my account? For example, when I try to view my Inbox, under Account, I get the following error message:

“fleurdelis, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation”

Additionally, it looks like my posts take several hours to be viewable which may be normal, but I just wanted to check on that because my understanding was that my posts would be viewable immediately. Could be wrong.

If someone wouldn’t mind helping me figure those things out that would be great! Again I apologize if this is a dumb question.

Hi [ fleurdelis: ]! First off, welcome to WCO!! :love4:

Moving on, to address your question - it's not a dumb one at all! - your account is currently under moderation. Essentially, this means that your posts have to be manually approved by a staff member (usually a Moderator such as myself) and thus your posts are taking a couple hours to show up. That's entirely on me, haha sorry, your posts should be viewable soon. Additionally, some features (like the Inbox you mentioned) are currently unavailable for your access because of the same reason (you're under moderation). After you have 5 approved posts in the roleplay forum, these restrictions (and the wait) should go away. :heartbounce:

Thanks so much for your response! Okay, that makes total sense, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Thank you again for the clarification!
