A low sigh escaped the large, dark-furred female as she heaved herself to her paws and stepped out into the clearing of her pack’s camp. Warm sunlight broke through several areas in the treeline above her, making a few warm sun-rays go across her back and warm her chilled fur that was misted with dew from sleeping last night on the floor of her den. Her orange-hued eyes scanned the area for her pack members, but all of them seemed to still be in their dens asleep. She shook her head and uttered a growl under her breath as she leapt up onto the gather stone in the center of camp and laid down, her front paws hanging over the side as she overlooked the camp and awaited her pack to show themselves. The cold winter months weren’t that far away now and everyone needed to step up, hunt more for the pack so that they wouldn’t go hungry and starve in the future. To both their luck and dismay, there weren’t many in the pack yet - no litters of puppies had been born yet this year and pack members in general were scarce. The Alpha wondered for a moment to why this was the case, she remembered many months ago when they were a thriving pack with pups and loyal wolves to command. Something needed to be done. What that something was is still a lingering myself for the proud she-wolf.

Timber slowly opened his eyes, seeing the familiar cave walls of the den illuminated with some of the sun's rays. He got up and stretched, padding past some of his packmates who were still asleep. He exited the den and looked around the camp, noticing no one else was awake except for the Alpha. He decided to start getting ready for the morning patrol, knowing that at any time another wolf could be invading their territory.

Alari had just awoken, she was huddled up in a small ball at the back of the omega's den.
Her body was rather warm from the warmth that came from her own body. rays of heat making her rather comfortable. She was sure the Alpha female,
Dakota would be waiting for the pack to rise for morning patrols. the young small, black wolf would stretch her petite body. slowly making her way out of the den, which was located out of camp.. and it wasn't much a far walk back. patiently, but surely she made it to camp, the first one up besides Dakota.

Fenris awoke, yawning. He saw the sleeping bodies of his packmates and scorned them in his head. They needed to step up if the pack was to survive the winter. He stepped over his sleeping packmates, a smirk evident on his muzzle. He stepped into the warm sunlight, spotting the Alpha right away. He decided to play around with her, seeing as they were somewhat alike. And Fenris was bored, why not? He walked up to her, head high. "Hey there, Alpha," he barked flirtatiously. He made a soft purr-like noise in his throat.
