i don't see why not? it's not like you have to submit a personality bio anywhere. so if you don't want to come up with a character yourself for whatever reason, to my understanding nobody can check you or fault you for using ai- don't use it to write posts, though, im assuming that's bad. also maybe don't put the ai text word for word in any character biography.

I wouldn't, considering character-creating (including personality) counts as a form of art imo. Idk if it's allowed but personally I don't use ai to create art in any way

The rule of thumb ive heard around ai is that you should use it for inspiration, not content, so if you want to figure out how to phrase something and put it into words, you could ask ai to rephrase something, jump ideas of off, or describe something back to you. But avoid just listing personality traits and then copypasting in the generated answer (unless you like state somewhere that it was written by ai maybe?)
