can i create a dark forest cat who has an hr as their backstory? i know the answer is probs no but just wanted to be sure

glitch you are right the answer is nope! hrs (even past ones who are dead) are strictly controlled and the only situation recently where new starclan/darkforest hrs have been created that were not rped as hrs in life/in the past was during the creation of the wardens as a donation reward.
