so i was reading site help just because and it says staff can cancel a transaction? what exactly does that mean? could i cancel a transaction of a purrk i bought but have no intentions of using?

hi! as per the guidelines regarding purrks, as long as it has not been assigned to a character, a purrk may be refunded. all you need is to submit a ticket with the transaction log and staff can get it refunded for you!

i originally had assigned it to a character but then i killed them off so they no longer have it and according to the purrk page; "To move Purrks off a character... or the character must die." so would i be eligible?
