so i bought herbal knowledge 1 for birchfreckle and didn't really use it (i kinda used it in one post where he asked to learn more herbs and listed what he knew) would I be eligible for a refund? also bought mind reader for one of my cats but never used (or plan on using) it, can i refund that as well?

Unfortunately, you would not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only possible if the purrk hasn't been assigned to a character yet.
