i tried this thing from a kids show it helped me out



pretend to pick up your upset and angry emotions.

check your ears, head, and belly.

then, get like your on a skateboard facing open space (outside), hold back your hand with the emotions, get comfortable,

and throw the emotions as far as you can.




this helped me through some stress and can help you too.
