"Well, little one, let me tell you. All our ancestors go up to Novaclan, and up there they have the ability to see what we can't. They give us warnings and prophecies. They wish to protect us, and they sure know how. They give our medicine cats abilities, they give nine lives to our leaders in order to keep them with us longer. And, as for Almondfoot and Nightstar... Well, we don't know exactly where they go, but Novaclan has told of a dark place they're sent to, alone, to sit with their wrong doings, never to be seen again."

"Oh, um... Could you tell the one about how the ancient cats built our clan, how Ash brought together everyone under Novaclan’s word?"

“Seems like you know it pretty well, but I’ll tell it. Long, long ago, cats were on their own, all loners, no proper clan anywhere. They fought for food, herbs, and really everything. One day, a very smart cat by the name of Ash was visited by the first cats of Novaclan, only a few were up there at the time. They told her to travel to a nearby valley, where she would bring cats together into a clan.
She tried with all her might, but the cats wouldn’t listen, said she was a crazy old elder who’d been knocked in the head. Cats in the sky sounded crazy to them. Ash went to tell Novaclan, and they had an idea. They told Ash that a new creature was coming, one that would only be taken down by group efforts.
Now, at first when she told a creature was coming they ignored the crazy cat, and even when the giant creature came, they still didn’t want to work together. But when the creature killed a cat, they ran to Ash pleading for help. She explained how Novaclan wanted them together as a clan, as together they could protect the forest.
After a while, they ran the creature out of the forest, and built a clan. Ash became leader, putting a deputy to become leader after her. With the instructions of Novaclan, Ash trained her son how to be a medicine cat. She listed the code of a warrior and the clan grew until here we are!”

Territory
The forest is full of very tall evergreen trees, the floor has tons of ferns and undergrowth. Blackberries invade lots of areas as well as many other berries
A river runs through the woods near the north end of the territory, it actually marks the border there. To the east are mountains, and the border there is where the tree line ends. South and west just continues on in forest after the border.
The camp is a clearing in the woods, a bit lower than the rest of the land. Bramble protects the camp. The elders’ den is a hollowed out tree trunk, apprentice and warriors den are built out of bushes and bramble and fern. Medicine cat den and nursery are small caves in rocks at the edge of camps. Leader's den under the high rock in the center of camp.
In the mountains there is the nebula-falls, a waterfall you sit in the cave behind to speak with Novaclan.

Leapingfeather was born with large paws, not too big that they’re a bother, but just big enough to look larger than expected with his body. He is a fairly small cat, only a little bit bigger than an apprentice, able to fit into small places with ease. His fur is fluffy, long, and silky. His fur easily picked up sticks, burrs, and leafs. He is a cream colored cat, with pale orangish-brown stripes on his face and tail, as well as his back being a slightly darker color than his belly. His eyes are a shining blue color. He has a scar at the base of his neck, on his back. It’s from a badger slamming onto his back, he evaded the full slam but the claws managed to cut him.
Personality-
Leapingfeather is eager to prove himself, willing to do anything for other warriors and his clan. He wants to follow the warrior code as much as he can, and keep Novaclan’s word, as well as his leader’s, as his main priority. He is kind, hating to disappoint others or get in their way. If someone told him he did something wrong he tends to beat himself up over it. He hates getting in trouble, he gets nervous, looking at his paws, tail twitching, dry mouth, the feeling that his pelt is dirty. He would like to make friends, but others seem to think he is strange. All he really wants is to be great.

Featherstar lay on the highrock on his side. His tail swishing side to side as he absorbed the morning heat. His eyes were closed, his breathing slow and long, he was halfway between dreamland and reality. He knew he should wake fully, start the day properly with the awakening warriors and his deputy, but his old bones seemed to disobey him so he lay there awhile longer.
With a heavy sigh, he rolled over onto his feet and pushed himself up so be was standing. He reached his paws out in front of him, pushing his back legs out fully to stretch. He felt his bones pop into place satisfyingly. After a quick clean of his face he leapt down to the ground below to start the early day.

Ferretpaw gazed through the herbs, humming to herself. "Marigold and some Catmint and some Lavender" she mused to herself, nosing through the herbs. "I'll see if I can find more later" she chirped, sitting near the exit of the den and gazing around the camp. She spotted her leader, dipping her head respectfully. "Hello, Featherstar!" She trilled.

(Thank you) Storm prowled through the forest, ducking under overgrowth's and stepping around fallen trees. He had gone without a meal for days and he could hear his stomach growl but just when he thought he would go without a meal again he caught a scent. The scent was mouse he immediately recognized and dropped into a sloppy stalking position. He stalked through the plants and spotted it, he leaped into the bush and grabbed for it, but it had started to running and he missed. But Storm was determined he chased the mouse and dived into catching it in his jaws.

Featherstar had been lounging around, speaking with his cats when something odd happened. He smelt something new around, a cat he had never smelt. He went into a defensive state, smelling the air to find out where it was coming from.
He had picked up where the scent was from when the bramble shook, and a small cat pushed through. The leader bounded over, the cat looked young, maybe lost. Deciding to be peaceful he didn’t pin the cat, instead he stood in front of him, in a defensive stance and spoke sternly.

He gave a quick spoken tour of the whole of the camp, making sure not to leave anything out.

"Thank you!"He yelled and bolted out of the camp to find fresh moss for his new bedding and he knew just the place. He ran through the forest and came onto the river, he went under the largest tree next to the river and grabbed a ton of moss in his jaws even going as far as to sling some on his back for extra padding. He then ran back to camp as fast as he could without dropping the moss and slid into apprentices den preparing his bed just the way he liked it.

Seabreeze stood near the leader's den. She sat around, waiting until she was needed. She groomed her paws and face. She had always been a bit... lonely, you could say. It was only a matter of time before she became Seastar. She wasn't looking forward to the passing of Featherstar. He was like a father figure to her, and no matter how badly she wanted to be leader, she didn't think she was ready to carry the burden of the Clan. Lost in thought, Seabreeze sighed.
