Why does it take so long to post??

Why does it seem to take literal hours for my responses to threads to actually posts?? Is it because I'm new or is it just because that's how the forum works??

It is because new members are temporarily moderated to prevent trolls and other issues. <3

I apologize if it takes quite a long time for them to post, the staff have to manually accept them to make sure they don't infringe on any rules here.

Haha its fine. I just re-read the text box that's telling me Welcome. I guess I kept skimping over that part ^^; sorry.
