Hi, I'm currently planning out a warriors fanfic series and so far its going great. However I'm in need of some help. At the end of the fifth book, the rouges take over the clans, and the leader wants to be fair but still tough on the clan cats. I need help coming up with rules that some clan cats would think that are fair, while some think they are unfair. I already have a plan for the kits. but I need help with the rest. and even through you might suggest a rule I might not use is so keep that in mind. I only need help on the rules of keeping the clans cats safe while also controlling them in a way that most don't want to revolt. I repeat I only need help with coming up with rules and nothing else. if you suggest something for the plot, know that I already planned everything that's going to happen out. If this is in the wrong pace Admins please tell me so I know to put it in the right place next time.
