Inconsistency

Hello, I hope you're having a pleasant day! I'm not particularly known at all because I've been gone for a little bit, you could say—but to keep it short, I'll just say I want to get back into writing! What better way than to use this event as a motivator? I simply cannot escape being a Warriors kid. With the limit, however, I'll probably make the character page a bit later, so here's his basic description.
Introducing:
Name- Frogkit
-
Gender- AMAB, male
-
Affiliation- Shadowclan
-
Age- 4 moons
-
Rank- Kit
-
Personality- Primarily (https://starchaserkit.wixsite.com/website/cardinalkit-copy), though I have decided he will be much more invested in reaching greatness, I don't believe it was that prominent that was the end goal. Originally, I was playing on the idea of a more flawed character than I usually do but in a funny light, a "paladin" type character. Though, as shown in the plot, I have decided on a much more dark path. I may decide to make the character more humorous later on but I want to allow myself to really develop this idea. I want this character to challenge me, as I always bailed out on the actual redemption arc of my character where they've been sent to inactivity.
-
Purrks- Planned on a random, but not yet given.
-
Description- Frog is a lanky, long-furred, pale brown American bobtail tabby. They have small, dark paws with large, sharp claws and polydactyly on their front paws. They also have large ears that assist them in hunting. Large amber eyes.
Family-
Brother- Newtkit (Ran away, presumed to be deceased)
Brother- Toadkit (Stillborn)
Mother- Lizardsnap (Neutral, not very present in life.)
Father- Unkown
The Plot
-
Frog dreams of being a warrior, even worships the idea of being a leader, and finds himself willing to do anything to achieve it. With his only sibling, Newtkit, afraid of him for reasons he doesn't understand, he feels alone and distant, but instead of bringing him down, it motivates him to be the "best" for not only himself but others.
In his kithood he will become somewhat of a menace to some, a rival to others, and maybe even make a few rare friends. He'll always be up in some cat's business and try to "fix" the problem, undoubtedly, usually making things worse. However, he'll usually snap or become distressed if someone tells him, so he becomes more and more confident in himself.
When he's apprenticed, Frog will find others drifting away from him, but this time, he feels much more secluded and distant. At this time, Newtpaw will also have run away, and though Newtpaw was afraid of him, he felt connected to his only sibling. Since he's apprenticed as well, in his arrogant and nosy mannerisms, his mentor grows irritated and resentful of Frog, even sometimes neglecting the training. This brings down Frog's morale and makes him begin to become confused and angry, until he shows up in the Dark Forest one night and becomes convinced this is the "true place" to learn the skills he wishes for.
As he excels (or fails) in his lessons, he will habitually begin to train with his claws unsheathed and/or brutalize prey. He may attack his mentor or his friends in anger or to get what he wants, as that's what he's learned and what worked for him. However, he gets in trouble many times, quite obviously, and is only still training because of the Dark Forest and his friends not ratting him out for his abusive behavior. The Dark Forest begins to lead him further and further down a violent path as they encourage his behavior, until he actually manages to badly injure one of his close friends.
Frog is disgusted and mad with himself for what he's done, but he doesn't wish to be blamed and doesn't think he should be. When cats begin to call him out privately or anger him, he just becomes more and more distant until he's completely alone and slips into self-pity rather than learning the needed lesson. This is where he learns what the Dark Forest truly is and feels absolutely horrified. When he goes to apologize once and for all to the best of his understanding and ability, his friends give him a much-needed reality check, even if that's just the start to realizing the error of his ways.
Side note for my anxiety- if any of this idea is not allowed please let me know, though I've never seen anything against this on the site. The plot may also have minor changes due to my activity levels or current vision for the character.
Roles:
0/? Friends-
Mentor-

You could put any other roles you may have in mind, I've rushed this thread so I apologize for any possible confusion or choppy kind of format
No form required, but do show why you believe your character may work or why you want to be in the plot!
