Ongoing Tickets Poll

Hey everyone!

I'm playing with things in the backend and wanted to know how many of you used the Ongoing Tickets feature, shown below. This is found at the bottom of the 'Help' page, but what you see will vary depending on if you have an active ticket or not.

If not - no worries! This just helps determine what I do next, code-wise. If it isn't really used I plan on replacing it when I redo the page.

I find it useful! It helps get me to know if staff have seen or responded to my ticket!

The only time I used it was for SkyClan’s first category, and I had a hard time finding it so I could see the response. I say it’s helpful, but kinda hard to find

I use it whenever I can find it, but it's a little hard for me to locate it :rofl:

I find it usefull cause I can see how many views it has received and guess roughly when I'll get a reply + re-read my ticket post just to realise it has grammar mistakes and faceplate, lol

Well, hopefully this prototype will help resolve some of the accessibility issues!!

if allll goes to plan something similar to this will replace the Help page. you click what you want on the side, and it'll give you the page - in Pending Tickets case it'll show all the tickets you have in a table like above
