So for the purrk all beefed up it simply says your a expert at taking down enemys it says nothing about having to be large and muscular, so can i give that purrk to lets say my boy Stormpaw who isnt large or muscular at all.

Storm'paw just has to be 12 moons (or trained by character who has the purrk) for it to be activated!
