Hello all!
Due to popular demand, the staff team has decided to release a list of high-rank expectations to the public! These were previously only available to high ranks, but we have decided to make them public so that characters can hold high ranks responsible in-character. At the moment, we are also working with high ranks to implement more transparency via universal timetables. In other words, if high-rank-related replies take more than a certain allotted amount of time, your characters are allowed to call them out in-character! Additionally, more universal timetables mean that, for each clan, high ranks must follow the same set of rules when it comes to certain things (i.e., patrol length will be the same for each clan, extensions will be much more lenient time-wise, etc.)
Finally, the entirety of the staff team would like to encourage anyone who has questions, comments, concerns, or the like to reach out via a support ticket. We do care about your thoughts and opinions, and listening to feedback is what support tickets are for! The staff team can only address concerns if they are brought before us via ticket, though. Please note that if your ticket mentions a specific staff member, they are not allowed to offer opinions or reply to your ticket. We can guarantee that an uninvolved staff member will reach out to you; this is in order to avoid bias!
