Myths and Legends: Dark Roses

Wolves. Fantastic animals, are they not? Their way of life, of fighting, of hunting, of living together.

You jump and spin around at the sudden voice. Two animalistic green eyes are staring at you from the shadows of the back alley. "W-Who are you?" you stammer.

The Wolf steps forward so his face is showing. Then he speaks. My name is Rowan. I am the Alpha of the Red Pack.

Your eyes immediately flicker to his muzzle. How is that possible? He's speaking without, well, speaking. "Oh. You're a telepath."

He nods, and then to your surprise, he shifts, turning into a tall, handsome, 16 year old boy with black hair and green eyes. "My human name is Thomas Ryze," he says, and shakes your hand.

"Are there... others like you?" you question, then blink in surprise as he nods. You listen as he explains.

"The city is full of them," he answers. "Of us. Each night we sneak out and meet on the outskirts of the city, where the countryside begins. We have our camp there. We each have a human look and a wolf look."

"So you're werewolves," you state bluntly.

He laughs, startling you. "No, no," he says, "more like shape-shifters. Except we can only turn into one creature: the wolf." Then his expression grows serious. "Dark times are falling on the Red Pack. The Rose Pack has taken on a dark and dangerous Alpha. We need your help." He locks eyes with you. "You are a wolf, Y/N. Will you accept my offer, and save my Pack?"




So basically there's two Packs, the Red Pack and the Rose Pack. Rose Pack has now been taken over by an evil Alpha, and it's up to three wolves to stop them.

Prophecy: Evil shall rise in the Pack of Roses. Consumed by darkness, it will obey. But Fpur shall come to their rightful Pack, and bring the Reds to a new dawn.



Packs and Ranks + Rank Explinations

Ranks:

||Alphas||
The leader's of the Pack. They are in charge of the Pack's safety.

||Beta||
The second-in-command. They organize patrols and help the Alpha keep the Pack in line.

||Scenters||
The trackers of the Pack. They have the strongest noses

||Roughs||
The fighters. They help protect the Pack, and normally stay on guard duty.

||Rangers||
The hunters. The provide the food for the Pack.

||Speeders||
The fastest runners. Put it patrols with Roughs and Scenters, they are able to chase and trap even the fastest enemy.

||Crows||
The apprentices. They are trained to be Scenters, Roughs,
Rangers, or Speeders

||Pups||
The youngest of the Pack, age ranges from 6-10 years

The oldest of the Pack
