Positions
Leader: Leads the Syndicate. Makes all minor decisions alone, sometimes giving them to the Rightwing, but makes major decisions with the Rightwing. Decides who to admit into the Syndicate. In some Syndicates the position can be taken by another dragon who battles them for it. Leaders shoot blue lightning.
Rightwing: Helps the Leader lead the Syndicate. Makes some minor decisions. Helps the Leader with major decisions. Is chosen by the Leader and becomes Leader if the previous one dies, or if they challenge the previous Leader. Rightwings shoot purple or blue lightning.
General: Is the only position that can be chosen as Rightwing. Very selective when choosing Generals. In the Stormy Skies Syndicate, Generals shoot purple lightning.
Assassin: Is a very respected and coveted position. Not as selective when choosing Assassins. Assassins shoot blue lightning.
Fighter: A common position. Pretty unselective when choosing fighters. Shoots commonly colored lightning.
Hunter: A common position. Very unselective when choosing Hunters. Shoots commonly colored lightning.
Guard: The most common position. Everyone has the ability to be a Guard. Shoots commonly colored lightning. The position given to a dragon who has just completed training.
Trainee: A dragon who has not yet completed training. Will become a Guard when they are finished. Shoots commonly colored lightning.
Hatchling: A dragon not yet old enough to be a Trainee.
