Would geyser- be an acceptable prefix?



A geyser is a spring characterized by an intermittent discharge of water ejected turbulently and accompanied by steam. As a fairly rare phenomenon, the formation of geysers is due to particular hydrogeological conditions that exist only in a few places on Earth.


And Maine(where the WCO main universe(+ SkyClan) is set in) is one of those few places on earth with the particular hydro geological conditions required for a geyser.

I don't think clan cats have ever seen geysers. It's not like they travel outside their territories very often, and they don't live in the same areas as they are found. But I would ask the clan leader! Ashie da WindClanner

From what I can tell (through brief internet sleuthing), it doesn't look like there is much in terms of geysers past WESTERN US.

So no, it'd be too rare of a phenomenon for them to know / they would have no exposure to it naturally. Your best bet if you wanted this would be to try to have an outsider join a Clan, and try to petition the leader IC to keep it.
