You'll have to wait for someone more educated on the mechanics of the forum to answer your first question, but I can certainly answer the second one. You can post a finder either in Character Respurces or Plot Finders. I recommend the latter if you have a very specific way in which you'd like the events leading up to their death to happen.

So to answer your first question, you have to get a gif and upload it, but it has to be within a certain size (100x100 pixels to be specific)
