Donations and Rewards
Our web hosting plan is going to expire soon. Renewing it out-of-pocket is expensive for the staff, so we're going to be opening donations for a limited time! Thanks to you all, WCO has come a long way. We wouldn't be where we are without all of you :heartbounce:
We usually only accept donations once a year. When we do, we try to give a handful of incentives in return for your contribution. Click the spoiler for the donation packages and what we're offering with them! We're excited to announce that these will be different than in previous years!!
ALL PRICES ARE IN USD AND THROUGH PAYPAL. If you would like to pay using a different currency, please take your request to an administrator. We are flexible with pricing, but you will receive the rewards from the tier below your donation amount. What is a Resurrection+ Card, and how is it different than the Resurrection Card?
The Resurrection+ Card is something new that the staff are excited to implement! As you may know, in order to use a regular Resurrection Card, your OC must not have been killed by a high ranking character. With the Resurrection+ Card, that requirement is basically nonexistent! Barring characters who purposefully attacked or harmed Clanmates, you can bring any character back from the grave! As a bonus, you can also skip past the StarClan/Dark Forest roleplay where the cat finds their body! They can simply spring right back up, good as new!
Who will be doing the OC Artwork?
Starfall, Shade., dino., x ghostie, and myself will be doing the OC Artwork rewards! Unless one of us gets flooded for requests, you'll have a choice between all of us for who you'd like to create your artwork! If you purchase an Elder or Leader Package, those include additional artwork from the lovely Apricute!
What is a "Get Out of Jail Free" Card?
If your character goes missing due to 2 weeks of no posts, you can simply use one of these cards to put them back in the Clan, no questions asked! You won't have to go through any rejoining roleplays or have any judgement cast upon your character -- it's like they were never gone!
What is a Clan Legend?
Similar to the Great Clans (https://warriors.fandom.com/wiki/Great_Clans) in the Warriors books, we're looking to expand WCO's history by adding a few fables, tales, and legends! If you purchase a package with this included, you get to help come up with these myths and stories!
What is a WCO Historical Event?
Somewhat similar to the Clan Legends above, WCO is also looking to expand its history by adding a few true stories! These can be anything realistic, ranging from disasters, wars, triumphs, losses, you name it! If you purchase a package with this included, you get to help come up with these true tales!
What is a WCO History NPC?
Ever wanted to include a historical figure in your plot or roleplay, but simply couldn't find the right character? This is what WCO History NPCs are for! Want to create a mighty warrior who fought in the Evil Era battles, or a former SkyClan cat who disapproves of RiverClan? The possibilities are endless! If you purchase a Leader Package, you can also create a former medicine cat or medicine cat apprentice OC! This means prophecies, new plots, and lots of possibilities!
Ideally, our goal is set to be around $192!
The staff will do our best to pay for the remainder of the cost in the event this drive isn't successful, however, as we all know, life can be unexpected and it's become increasingly difficult to support WCO without assistance from our community. Any help you can give toward donating to WCO is greatly appreciated, and will go toward keeping the site up. :heartbounce:
If we exceed our goal, the extra money will go toward either upgrading the Cbox or be used for WCO's hosting plan next year!
