Dragons, huge fire-breathing reptiles. They rule the skies, proud and regal beasts. Surely no force on earth could hold them against their will?

But, somehow, Volucrurn School of Dragon Taming has been doing it for years.
Every single student in the school has done so; either catching a young dragon or hatching one from an egg. Little by little, day by day, the humans have managed to build bonds with these seemingly untamable beasts.

You've heard so many tales about the dragon riders, fierce protectors of your world. Maybe thinking of them in awe, maybe with fear. But now, you've received a letter saying you've been accepted into Volucrurn School of Dragon Taming, whether you like it or not.
The only question remaining: Will you survive?


Not much else to explain about this. I was horribly bored, and I remembered this, and so here we go. I'm not even sure if anyone will join, but oh well. xD
Please don't just make people or just make dragons, I want an even number of both, if possible. :)

A tall, pale-skinned individual with a constantly furrowed brow, and light blue eyes. His hair is white, and reaches down to his waistline, surprisingly enough. Always wearing expensive clothes and jewellery, mostly to show off.
Personality:
A stubborn and pushy man, believing that he is of a higher rank than his peers and viewing them with distaste. He expects to be treated like royalty, and gets quite angry when he's "mistreated".
He's quite cold on the outside, set on mind rather than emotion, though does prove to be kinder to any marginal amount of friends he makes, and his dragon, Nefera, who means quite a lot to him.

A slender and snake-like dragon, who, just like his companion, is adorned with jewellery. Strangely enough, instead of scales, Nefera exhibits a long, white coat of fur. Nefera's wings are quite large and feathered, as are the backs of his legs and the tip of his tail. Two small antlers and long ears extend from his head. Instead of the usual talons, his feet much resemble the hands of a human, with curled, black and short nails on each "finger".
Personality:
Nefera shares his companion's bossy and snobby traits, feeling the need to throw his weight around for little to no reason. This is more so an act than anything, and an attempt to impress Berinon.
On the other hand, when showing his true nature, Nefera is quite playful and friendly, and quite often shows these traits once not exposed to strangers. He's very excitable, and trusting when being around the right people, or dragons.

Gender: Female
Looks: Rajani has raven black hair that goes down to about her mid-back. She has dark, dark brown eyes that at times look almost black.
Personality: Rajani is sarcastic, bold, and tenacious. She can be very sardonic at times, as well as rude, but for the most part she's rather nice. She likes dragons more than people... actually, she likes almost anything more than people. The rest is TBRP'd.
Dragon: Obscurum

Years in School: 8. She was enrolled in school at a rather young age, for reasons that shall be revealed later on.

Name: Skylark
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Looks: Skylark is a short, small, male with a tan complexion. His hair is cut short with the top a bit longer to leave a curled-wavy look. His hair is dark brown while his eyes are an even darker brown to match. He always seems to be tired and on the verge of complete panic and fear.
Personality: Skylark is what's known as a scardy-cat, finding fear in almost everything. Though, this fear is pushed down and suppressed until it rises up and out in anxiety and panic attacks. Skylark tends to also be unsocial and doesn't know how to fit in, only wanting to have friends but being an outcast because he's not sure what to do. Still, this just adds onto his anxeity but at least he tries to keep his outbursts hidden. Otherwise, TBRP'ed.

Personality: Zenthes has always been a wild dragon and one that takes anger out on other creatures. He's pretty dangerous, especially when the fact that this dragon has anger issues comes in. Though, he can warm up to someone with time. Otherwise, TBRP'ed.
Current level of bonding with Rider: Almost nothing at this point, he hates him for being the person who supposedly keeps him here

Personality: Nicole is often very tense. Her personality makes her not as commonly seen. She is shy and is only ever seen beneath her dragon's wing. Though keeping most to herself she has a kind personality. If you can get to know her she won't be as shy and timid but more of a heart strengthed person.
