Leaving A Clan?

Okay, so I have a question on leaving a clan? I had DM’d my leader to let them know about my two cats leaving their Clan to join another as a plot point of a story my friend and I are developing, and I was wondering would I need to wait for a response from them/wait for my characters to be removed before I could potentially try to join another Clan? I’m thinking of just waiting for a response or a heads up before going for it, but I thought I’d ask here to see if a more experienced site user had any advice. Thank you!

You dont need to wait, and can move your characters as you wish! The heads up would be apprciated so the leaders can move your characters to missing, and even possibly make note of their appearance in the other clan SpiritcallWarriors
