Mantis was bored, to put it lightly. In the twenty moons he had resided in StarClan, he had never been this bored. The mischief loving ghost was so insanely bored that he was beginning to think falling leaves would be fun, for crying out loud! Even watching the cats of the Clans sleep would deal with his boredom.
The large white tom groaned. Speaking of the Clans, there was so much drama going on, particularly between the river swimming cats and the forest dwelling ones. Why did they need to fight? Wasn't the point of being a warrior to protect their own, and not fail and use it to kill others? Honestly... who chose these cats?! Not him, obviously. But it served to entertain him, as twisted as he knew it was. Maybe he would check on the losing side... at least, losing in terms of moral.
With light steps Mantis wandered into the dreams of the sleeping RiverClan cats, his pelt shimmering in the night as he skated between their fleeting dreams. But he needed to thread lightly: one wrong move, and they could wake up and ruin his chances to mess- er, help them! So, he wandered aimlessly about, trying to find a dreamer in need of company as much as he was.
