Queen Questions

Hello!
I just have a question pertaining to queens in general.
I know this may have an obvious answer but...
If a she-cat is pregnant (even if it's early on) would she be recognized as a queen?
(I assume she would but I'm just making sure)
Or would you have to wait either later on, when it's more noticeable, or when she actually has the kits?
Also, would a pregnant she-cat stay in the nursery as well?

You can make a shecat a queen as soon as she's pregnant, and she doesn't have to stay in the nursery, just keep it realistic. -Meow-

I think no one but the medicine cat would realize until they start visibly showing. I think the queen herself figures it out first, but maybe not.
It's mostly up to the she-cat's choice when they want to move in but usually they move in when their duties are impacted.
I'm going by the actual books so correct me if I'm wrong. -Meow-
