the story - mothdapple and mistgaze (mapledash) are in a relatively unhealthy relationship. the two fight often, usually due to moth's ability to become furious at the smallest thing. however, they have stuck together, as mothdapple would not be able to handle the loneliness of not having a mate at her age (being thirty-four moons herself). having kits was never something that she was all that interested in, but unfortunately, many of the cats she grew up with had already become parents, and being the odd-one-out wasn't something she was about to do. these kits will be somewhat loved, but their parents will have a very shaky relationship, and their mother will end up yelling at them a lot.

personality (as a kit): Acornkit is very energetic. He is very tough, and believes that any cat can do good, no matter their background and history. Besides that, this bouncy cat is a troublemaker. He likes to pull pranks and do stuff he's not supposed to. He is funny, but is also quite stubborn. Acornkit is also not very smart. If you could choose two words to describe Acornkit, they would be hopeless, and romantic, othewise known as hopeless romantic. He is very brave, and would do anything to impress females. One time, he even went as far as to jump off a cliff. Besides that, he would do anything for his clan, even if it goes against his own personal opinions. he strongly believes in Starclan, and thinks that all evil cats should be punished, one way or the other. But, one thing that he likes to hide, and is quite ashamed of, is the fact that he loves himself. He thinks that he is the best cat in the world, and that he deserves everything. he spends the whole morning most days, just looking at himself in a puddle, or cleaning himself.

As an apprentice, Acornpaw is still a huge trouble maker. he flirts with the mollies, but they turn him down. He has his little gang of friends, who still pull pranks and tease other cats.

Nobody's perfect of course and Patch has less pleasant traits too. Her argumentativeness is far from ideal on often personal levels.

Shrikekit is an average sized, solid blue she-cat with a white chest and underbelly. She may look fuzzy as a cat, but as she grows older, the kitten fluff will recede to a beautiful sleek pelt practically made for swimming. None of her attributes [e.g; claws, whiskers, tail] will be overly noticeable, though she will likely grow to be on the skinnier side of the weight spectrum, that's merely because of a high metabolism and her eyes, around the age of her becoming an apprentice, will become a vibrant green color.
personality (as a kit): As a kit, Shrikekit will tend to be rather polite to others and carry a friendly demeanor and will always seem ready to make friends and play games, anything to help her burn off her excessive amount of energy, but the older she gets, the more she will become a sort of wild card. When she nears the age of six moons, she will still be polite and friendly, but the second you do something wrong to her, or somehow upset you, she's instantly snapping at you and berating you with all sorts of nasty insults, getting riled up even over the silliest of things which will only grow worse the older she gets. Now don't get the idea that she will always be snappy and harsh, most of the time she will be a rather pleasant cat. And also as a kit, she will also try to maintain her appearance very well, constantly licking herself to make sure she looks nice in front of others.

Personality:
As a Kit:Stormkits as sweet as can be, on the outside, batting his eyelashes so that he can get whatever he wants from others. He loves to play and is very curious, constantly asking questions. He hates to be cooped up in one spot for too long and loves to go out and adventure. He's very closed off and only plays with his siblings, very shy to the other kits, but not Warriors. He hates being yelled at and will change his whole personality to have it stop, just to try and please his parents.

As a Warrior: Stormfeather is a stuck up tom who hates to be given orders and be bossed around, he wouldn't much rather like to be doing the ordering around. He gets angry easily, and when he does he talks to the cat he's angry at with a soft, sweet voice, sounds like it drips with honey, thats usually the warning to run. He will only trust the higher ups, believing that their word is truth, he doesn't trust other Warriors, other than his parents. Stormfeather is constantly trying to claw his way up the ladder of power, his number one dream is to be leader, though he is extremely loyal to his clan and would never kill an innocent, even if givien a direct order from the higher ups. Even though he can flirt, he won't, he believes that he won't find his true mate that way, so he refrains from leading other toms/ mollys on, turning them down sweetly, as to not hurt them too much.

Whenever her mother or siblings go against her, she will reply with harsh and cruel words, perhaps having learnt most of them from her parent's arguments.

Scared & Unconfident:
Even though she comes off as daring and harsh, she is actually terrified of losing her parents and siblings, wanting them all to come together and be on a friendly level instead of the reality.

(I might make this 'friend' an actual StarClan cat who helps her onto the right track) She talks to this friend when she thinks she is alone, sometimes being caught in the act and retreating further into herself due to the belief that whoever sees her doing this will think she is insane.

She keeps being caring, even sometimes perhaps dropping a mouse off by her parents, to show that she actually still cares about them. personality (as a kit): Acornkit is very energetic. He is very tough, and believes that any cat can do good, no matter their background and history. Besides that, this bouncy cat is a troublemaker. He likes to pull pranks and do stuff he's not supposed to. He is funny, but is also quite stubborn. Acornkit is also not very smart. If you could choose two words to describe Acornkit, they would be hopeless, and romantic, othewise known as hopeless romantic. He is very brave, and would do anything to impress females. One time, he even went as far as to jump off a cliff. Besides that, he would do anything for his clan, even if it goes against his own personal opinions. he strongly believes in Starclan, and thinks that all evil cats should be punished, one way or the other. But, one thing that he likes to hide, and is quite ashamed of, is the fact that he loves himself. He thinks that he is the best cat in the world, and that he deserves everything. he spends the whole morning most days, just looking at himself in a puddle, or cleaning himself.

As an apprentice, Acornpaw is still a huge trouble maker. he flirts with the mollies, but they turn him down. He has his little gang of friends, who still pull pranks and tease other cats.

As a warrior, he becomes loyal, but he still is a huge flirt. he is brave, and funny.

the story - mothdapple and mistgaze (mapledash) are in a relatively unhealthy relationship. the two fight often, usually due to moth's ability to become furious at the smallest thing. however, they have stuck together, as mothdapple would not be able to handle the loneliness of not having a mate at her age (being thirty-four moons herself). having kits was never something that she was all that interested in, but unfortunately, many of the cats she grew up with had already become parents, and being the odd-one-out wasn't something she was about to do. these kits will be somewhat loved, but their parents will have a very shaky relationship, and their mother will end up yelling at them a lot.

genetics - mothdapple is a fawn calico cat with grey-ish blue eyes. her appearance is here (http://pre00.deviantart.net/2827/th/pre/f/2016/360/3/f/moth_painting3_by_paxill-dat0dfz.png). mistgaze is a solid blue (aka grey) with low white spotting and yellow eyes. male kits can be solid blue with white, solid fawn with white, or cream tabby with white. female kits can be solid blue with white, solid fawn with white, or fawn calico. eye color is up to you, as long as it's realistic! these should be followed, as i want there to be consistency in the appearance of the kits. the amount of kits will be decided based on how many people apply, but i think 3 is a good number.

try to stay as active with your kit as possible!
don't make your kit act super mature right when they're born!
i would like some diversity in personalities, so not just all super mean or all super quiet

personality (as a kit): Halfkit seems to stay in the shadows. She likes to watch, rather than do, when learning. She tend to act shy around other cats when she first meets him or her. However, this is not the case. She is actually bubbly and energetic. She tends to love everything and finds away to make bad situations good. She can be a bit stuck- up and bratty at some points. She is also stubborn. When she gets angry it is quite funny. She tries to be independent, however, she always comes back to those she loves for help and advice. She can be annoying at times since she is a kit, however, that will fade as she ages. She is also forgetful of things. She likes to think that she is different due to her half-face appearance. Shrikekit is an average sized, solid blue she-cat with a white chest and underbelly. She may look fuzzy as a cat, but as she grows older, the kitten fluff will recede to a beautiful sleek pelt practically made for swimming. None of her attributes [e.g; claws, whiskers, tail] will be overly noticeable, though she will likely grow to be on the skinnier side of the weight spectrum, that's merely because of a high metabolism and her eyes, around the age of her becoming an apprentice, will become a vibrant green color.
personality (as a kit): As a kit, Shrikekit will tend to be rather polite to others and carry a friendly demeanor and will always seem ready to make friends and play games, anything to help her burn off her excessive amount of energy, but the older she gets, the more she will become a sort of wild card. When she nears the age of six moons, she will still be polite and friendly, but the second you do something wrong to her, or somehow upset you, she's instantly snapping at you and berating you with all sorts of nasty insults, getting riled up even over the silliest of things which will only grow worse the older she gets. Now don't get the idea that she will always be snappy and harsh, most of the time she will be a rather pleasant cat. And also as a kit, she will also try to maintain her appearance very well, constantly licking herself to make sure she looks nice in front of others.

thought, pride hides it. bluekit doesn't take
insults well and doesn't often forgive the cat
who says it, being very unforgiving. often
dramatic of sorts, and can be a bit of an
annoyance, bluekit is a posh and lady-like molly,
not being very rude to some if in a bad mood,
but that doesn't mean she won't kick your butt

Personality:
As a Kit:Stormkits as sweet as can be, on the outside, batting his eyelashes so that he can get whatever he wants from others. He loves to play and is very curious, constantly asking questions. He hates to be cooped up in one spot for too long and loves to go out and adventure. He's very closed off and only plays with his siblings, very shy to the other kits, but not Warriors. He hates being yelled at and will change his whole personality to have it stop, just to try and please his parents.

As a Warrior: Stormfeather is a stuck up tom who hates to be given orders and be bossed around, he wouldn't much rather like to be doing the ordering around. He gets angry easily, and when he does he talks to the cat he's angry at with a soft, sweet voice, sounds like it drips with honey, thats usually the warning to run. He will only trust the higher ups, believing that their word is truth, he doesn't trust other Warriors, other than his parents. Stormfeather is constantly trying to claw his way up the ladder of power, his number one dream is to be leader, though he is extremely loyal to his clan and would never kill an innocent, even if givien a direct order from the higher ups. Even though he can flirt, he won't, he believes that he won't find his true mate that way, so he refrains from leading other toms/ mollys on, turning them down sweetly, as to not hurt them too much.

Appearance:
A quite small, fawn kitten with shining yellow eyes. Her fur is quite fluffy, which just adds to her tininess. If soaked, she would look like a kit at 6 moons when the time comes.
Her front right paw is white, seeming to fade from the beige and into clear white from around her shoulder.

Personality as a kit:

Daring & Badmouthed:
This kitten is, due to her parents many arguments and her mother's bad attitudes at times, quite daring. She does stupid things to gain attention from her parents, and screams in their face whenever they go against her to make them know she is there and that she is actually a person deep inside.
She will cause a lot of trouble, and break a lot of rules, just to get attention from her parents. Many will see this as a rebellion against them, and believe she hates her family, since she will stick to friends instead of family most of the time.
Whenever her mother or siblings go against her, she will reply with harsh and cruel words, perhaps having learnt most of them from her parent's arguments.

Scared & Unconfident:
Even though she comes off as daring and harsh, she is actually terrified of losing her parents and siblings, wanting them all to come together and be on a friendly level instead of the reality.
She is a very unconfident kit who deep down actually does not believe her parents wanted her, and that she is just a bother. This may also be a reason to her bad attitude.
Only close friends will see this side of her. She won't show it to her family.

Caring & Protective:
Deep down, she cares deeply for her family. She won't let any harm go upon her siblings, and despite her tiny figure, she will step up to anyone going against them, surprisingly enough.
To friends who comes close to her, she will do the same, just stronger, since she doesn't really dare show her care to her family.
To the ones coming close to her heart, she will develop over protectiveness, no matter if they are thirty moons older or younger, or anywhere in between. She feels she needs to take extra care of everyone, to show that she is not as uncaring as she feels her parents are.

Personality as an apprentice:

Closed off & Badmouthed
As an apprentice, she will slightly stop losing her daring part, replacing it with closedness. This includes taking much distance to her family if their relationships have not been fixed at this time. If not, she will try to keep as far away from her parents at most times, and try to avoid her siblings.
She will keep her harsh comments, and be a hard cat to mentor. She still wants to prove to everyone that she is a good person, but hasn't learnt how that is done, and so she goes to her harsh attitude. She attempts to be a know-it-all and snap back at anyone who says she is wrong.

Unconfident & Slightly schizophrenic (No threatening thoughts though)
She will keep her unconfidence, mostly staying silent unless talked to, where she will most likely snap.
She will keep to herself, and sometimes seem like she's speaking to herself. This is not exactly schizophrenia. She has made up a perfect friend who helps her get through whatever troubles she gets. (I might make this 'friend' an actual StarClan cat who helps her onto the right track) She talks to this friend when she thinks she is alone, sometimes being caught in the act and retreating further into herself due to the belief that whoever sees her doing this will think she is insane.

Caring & Protective:
She keeps being caring, even sometimes perhaps dropping a mouse off by her parents, to show that she actually still cares about them. She will not comment it however, and just leave it and slip away without words. The same to her siblings. She will try to mend the wounds in their relationships by doing small, almost unnoticed favors now and then.
She will keep her protectiveness toward friends and siblings, still wanting to prove that having the parents she has will not make her a bad person too.

Personality as a warrior:

Proud & Confident:
At this stage, her unconfidence will have disappeared, and have been replaced by strong confidence. She is proud of herself, having finally turned out as a good warrior, despite her harsh kithood.
She stands proud at whatever she does, finally starting to believe she is doing the things the right way; which she also is.
Due to her great amount of proudness, she still has a bit of a bad attitude, but it only shows in rare cases, her badmouthing almost being gone, except for the times when she just snaps and her anger takes over.

Kind & Helpfull:
Having laid most of her aggression behind her, she’s become much more kind and will mostly not turn anyone down who asks for help. She will have turned into kind words, and always be ready with some of those to anyone who need someone to talk to, knowing how hard it can be to feel alone and lost.

Caring & Protective:
This is a trait she has kept her whole life, and it just won’t leave her.
Again, she still cares about her parents, and at warrior age she will try to completely mend whatever complications that has come onto the relationship with her siblings.
She will still drop small favours for her parents, to sort of let them know that she is still there and that she deep down does love them, even though she might not show it that much.
