two of a kind

you've seen them, the members of madness. those who hold pure insanity within them. they are merciless, holding soft spots for only those in which they love. but some may be different, of course. some may trread off the path of madness, becoming kinder and more human. oh, yes. you have seen them.

but now it's my turn.

i was human once. of course, i wasn't normal. i had a large secret, and only few people knew of it. i hadn't even told my lover, sano, about it. but now it is inevitable.
i had two personalities. left brain, right brain, to be exact. one personality controlled the left, the other held power over the right. we had figured out how to act normal, to not make others suspect our condition. but then, he went on a rampage. his sanity snapled, and we were caught.
we were tested on like lab rats, kept in a cage with little water or food. it was inhumane, unsanitary, and very, very foul. it brought him anger to no end, and i could not control him.
and then they did it.
they ripped us apart, our body dividing into two, our brain and heart dividing as well. once the experiment had finished, the result came to be us. the involuntary twins of madness. two of a kind, as they may say.


an angel and a devil. one dies, the other does as well. we are one being in separate bodies.



our names are onyx and xero, and and we're here to wreck havock upon you all.

I’ll put Nancy into this so she doesn’t get into any love relationships since we are focussing on le twins. Nancy will be her normal shapeshifter self and will kinda be neglective of everyone else...

sitting atop a tree, onyx and xero hung hand-in-hand, eyes searching for something to do. onyx had had the idea to play a prank on somebody, while xero wanted to commit a much worse crime.
they both had a short argument before deciding on what to do.
onyx ran a hand through his short, brown hair, golden eyes reflecting the sun's beaming rays. xero, on the other hand, was much different than onyx, having long, jet-black hair and navy eyes.
the twins both had very pale, sickly skin, with a small patch of freckles dotting their cheeks. the first, original brother let go of his second half's hand, leaping down from the tree and looking around. as a sharp wind blew, his jacket whipped up, giving a slight glimpse of the blade he contained in his belt. sighing, he looked up towards his brother and clicked his tongue.
"there's nobody who seems fun enough to prank," onyx whined, stamping his foot like a small child.
"oh, suck it up, you big baby. we can always find another place to search."
xero rolled his eyes, jumping down and clearing his throat. his voice was much deeper than onyx's, almost impossibly deep.
almost inhuman.
"besides, we've burnt out this land anyways. there's always other towns we can cause mischief in," he said matter-of-factly. his nose twitched and and looked around, lips drawn in a thin line. onyx sighed and nodded, not wanting to argue with his brother once again.
"fine. let's go."

Skittering across the road was a small rabbit. Hazelnut fur waving in the gentle summer breeze as it bounded across the road til she reached the park and slowed. Hopping along gently and nibbling in the patches of clovers embedded into the deep lush grass. That’s when she spotted a pair of boys jumping out of a nearby tree. That’s when the rabbit hopped up into its hind legs and formed into a red headed girl in a yellow sundress. Her freckles popping onto her pale cheeks. Her hazel eyes lit up by the glare of the sun. The park was somewhat desolate, in fact half the time it was completely abandon with the exception of actual rabbits and the occasional stray dog.
Forming back into the rabbit she bounded closer coming to stop just a yard aaay, than creeping closer. She wouldn’t be surprised if they where dealing drugs. It was basically the only reason some people came here anyways. Creeping ever so slightly towards them she angles her ears at them picking up on their conversation. They are leaving. Good. turning back to carry on with her rabbity business she began to nibble on a grove of clovers again her back turned.

Blood red eyes glowed within the darkness of the woods as a soft song from a bird so beautiful and bright yet so out of place was heard around the boys soon a dark voice was heard “ you have stepped forward with darkness in your eyes. Must I attack or must I listen to your reasons?” Said the wolf who steps forward the wolf was almost as big a horse and its eyes shined with pride and wisdom soon it speaks again its black pelt matching with the darkness of the night “ well?”

the darker twin sighed. "we haven't done anything. we're just two brothers looking to do some mischief. what does anything have to do with you and your threats to attack us?" his eyes narrowed. "you have no reason to attack my brother and me." xero's voice lowered to a growl, arm set protectively around onyx. his nose scrunched, teeth glinting in the light. "come on," he said to onyx, turning around and carrying the boy away from the wolf.
onyx was shaken, his eyes wide with fear. "i don't wanna be killed!" he whimpered, arms tight around xero's neck.
"we won't. not if i can help it."
they walked far from the wolf, xero growling at anyone that came near him and onyx.

“Nice going” the rabbit commented sourly giving a gentle flick of one of its large ears before hopping back into her human body.

The wolf looks at the rabbit and suddenly growls loudly, his teeth showing as he growls “ silence! I’m the alpha here girl respect me-“ the bird suddenly flies down and changes into a human a handsome guy with mixed colored hair of black white and gray, his smile was kind and soft “ please Sasuke calm down-“ suddenly the wolf named Sasuke snaps his jaws at the man who didn’t even step back when he did “ don’t you dare -“ a soft laugh was heard behind them as a woman with hair as white as snow yet had black shades here and there steps forward and pets Sasuke a bit, her eyes a dazzling stormy grey and her smile deadly almost kind in a way “ easy there my boy. We have lots to do and we don’t need this fighting” she says as she begins to look at the rabbit “ isn’t that right?”

onyx and xero quickly made it through the town, their eyes cast away from all those around them. once in a separate land, xero set onyx down, ignoring his protests. "you have your own feet," the twin muttered, looking around. his eyes narrowed. "let's go." quickly following his brother, onyx held xero's hand and allowed the darker male to lead him further into the town.
"where should we go?"
"i don't know."
"well, that doesn't help very much."
"shut it."
onyx yelped and stopped talking as he noticed the glare xero sent towards him. his eyes immediately set to the ground, his lips pursed in a frown.

maybe nancy bab could follow them to see what they're up to? basically observing them? not sure, it's just an idea. or she could sabotage their prank.

Flicking an ear dismissively at the group she bounded off after them, she was intrigued. She could tell they where twins for sure but nobody came near here much so she was very interested in what they where up too. Teenage boys where so... amusing to watch to say the least. As they reached town the rabbit flowed into a cat form. An orange tabby cat with green eyes now stalked them down the street until a shriek from an unhappy dog caused her to leapt to the side in surprise. Letting her fur lay flat she continued back on her journey to follow the pair. They certainly loved each other. And it was quite sweet to see in all honesty. Caring for each other so gently.
