"Madness promises safety, but at what cost?

My name is Scarlet Cadaver, daughter of Gaea Cadaver and Pontus Oceanus. I lead the Institution, a safe place for all those rejected by society. While Madness requires you to fight for them in one way or another, the members of Insanity do not. We only ask for your help in bringing down the inexperienced leader of Madness, and her dimwitted lackeys."

Madness is a gang, an order that prowls the streets in search of new members and a promise of safety in exchange for your service. However, there's a new gang rising up; unknown to the Dark Order is the Institution of Insanity, founded by Gaea Cadaver as well as her two deceased husbands. Scarlet Cadaver has taken control of the Institution and has one goal in mind; to bring down Madness and bring justice and control to the unruly streets that both Gangs call their own. Outcasts and social rejects are welcomed with open arms, given a home and a family. Their service is not required, but it is encouraged to join the Institution and train to become deadlier and help the Institution towards their goal. The ranks, from greatest to least are as follows:

It's a rival gang to Madness, that's all I have figured out so far.

Sano, a short tanned man with snake like red eyes sat alone in one of the rooms aka The leaders room. He was sitting down calmly his snake like markings moved and lived as he turned the pages of a book called Alice in the wonderland. For some reason fantasy books always fascinated him yet he knew so much about the world around him like how it worked and it’s history yet little books like these always interest him.
Sano was raised in a lab after all, and He wasn’t born either more like made. And all they really gave him was tech books of nearly everything. He reads it calmly than looks up smelling something. Unlike his half kin, he had mastered the power of his god, libtina the guide of death. With it he possesses the power to control anyone if he managed to put his mark on them. However he never got a chance to use it until now that is.

A loud whistle was heard along with a woman’s Voice “ I’m back!!” Said Naruko a spy for the gang. Yet she comes back always like a dog to her master which may have been the cause here. Naruko was Scarlets dog, her toy yet this toy eagerly wanted to be used again and again. Why this dog fell in love with her master and not even death can keep this wolf away. Rubinaito

Quinn stumbled into the room, drunk and accidentally slipping into peoples minds. “Hello friends.” She said her voice warm. “I feel bubbly.” She chuckled. Her hand went up to her mouth. “Oops. I didn’t say that out loud did I? Well you can ignore me... I was talking to the voices in my head.” She said laughing. She wirled a hand accidentally summoning a green flame and flicking it across the room. She smiled like a manic then passed out, collapsing on top of sano.
(I can see this shall be fun.)

Scarlet reclined in her chair beside the fireplace, staring blankly into the bright orange flames. Her blue eyes gleamed coldly despite the warmth of the fire, burning with passion and rage. She despised, utterly despised the other gang; Madness, a dark order bringing only chaos to the streets. She shifted, her curly blonde hair bouncing slightly with the movements. Upon hearing Naruko, the woman hardly glanced up, only raising a hand to beckon Naruko closer.

Scarlet smirked ever so slightly, gently reaching out to pet Naruko. She looked down at her and leaned forward, gently tipping Naruko's face up with the tips of her fingers and lightly kissing the top of her forehead. "You've made me very happy, Naruko. Now, I have a new job for you." She murmured, leaning back and crossing her legs. "Get him onto our side. Manipulate his mind, do whatever you need to do. Once we have him with us, we can figure out what makes him... tick."

Now, I have a new job for you." She murmured, leaning back and crossing her legs. "Get him onto our side. Manipulate his mind, do whatever you need to do. Once we have him with us, we can figure out what makes him... tick."

Scarlet took the book off the table, ignoring Naruko for the time being as she flipped through it. Her eyes lit up with an idea and she hurriedly stood up. "Naruko, come with me." She left the room and into the halls of the Institution, a hospital that had been established as a cover for the gang that Scarlet led- Insanity. She took a sharp turn down the hall where Scarlet kept her experiments- former humans with powers, slaves to her and only her. She pressed a button to open one of the many doors and peered into the room. "Here we are..." Her heels clicked against the floor and she knelt in front of a young woman who was reading a book- Beauty and the Beast.

The girl was lovely, with dark, curly brown hair and lovely chocolate brown eyes with a hint of hazel. Her skin was pale and her frame was petite; she was beautiful. Belle looked up curiously to gaze in Scarlet's blue eyes, silent. She hardly spoke because of a problem that even Scarlet couldn't fix- her constant stutter. However, the question was there- What is it?

"Hardly." Scarlet replied, not scared in the slightest. After all, she was the most powerful person on the premises and if she had to she could kill Naruko with a single thought. Not that she wanted to- Naruko was her favorite pet and she would deeply regret the action if she did kill the girl. "This is Belle, and she shall be our ticket to bringing Rage to our side." She helped the young woman up, who bowed to Naruko and Sano. "She is one of my more... successful experiments, and is designed specifically for this exact scenario. Sano, escort Belle out of the Institution- she'll know what to do." She said smoothly, and then turned to Naruko. Scarlet strode over to her and grabbed her wrists with one hand, slamming her against the wall and pinning her hands above her head. She tilted Naruko's head up to look her in the eyes, her blue gaze sparkling dangerously. "Never attempt to attack me ever again." She whispered, his voice deadly and soft. "Or you will regret it." She dropped Naruko and waved her hand dismissively. "Your services are no longer needed in the Madness house. At least, not until Belle returns." She strode out of the room, her heels clicking against the floor and her white labcoat billowing behind her like a cape.

Her eyes glowed a bit as she begins to stand up and quickly walk after Scarlet “ ... than what do I do now?” She asks calmly
