Welcome all welcome to the 78th hunger games where victors of different districts all gather around to prove there best and loyalty to there district . Those who leave the games will be worshiped as a champion and warrior those who don't leave well die. Nikki was lost she didn't know where she was! She must have sleep walked she held her axe like weapon she was scared soon for some reason she found some bees but they aren't bees they where the poison thingys

Confused she looked back at Gin and mentally gasped to see he was crying. "Hey, Hey, don't cry! Your tough! " she said encouragingly. She put a hand on his shoulder and smiled warmly. It honestly surprised her because she was never this nice to anyone.

"You don't know what my life has become." He looked up at the sky tears still dripping from his face. "I volunteered to bee here just so i could be away from muy careless family." He looked at her, a smile still on his face. "Ever be the one that puts food on your family's table and then get treated like you don't exist? It's a hard life to live."

"What the heck!?" She exclaimed. She turned towards who threw the rock and saw a small boy cowering in the bushes.

The boy whimpered and ran in fear. Harlem swore. "Why throw a rock at me then run away!?" She climbed out of the shallow water and rung out her clothes and her hair. "Damnit" she muttered.Look forward to Hypothermia! she thought sarcastically.

"I know, I know, quit being so stoic!" She she tried one last attempt to ring the water from her clothes and failed. "Whatever," she muttered to herself. She grabbed the knife and kept it in her hand, having lost it earlier. She wanted to go back and get it but didn't want to risk it.

(School was tiring today, sorry if my posts don't make sense. My brain is fried) (plus I just finished chapter two of a story I'm writing, and I did it on the bus, which gives me headaches )

She nodded and resumed her normal bait which was very fast paced. She watched with intent eyes for any sign of disruption. A mocking jay mocked the scream of a dying boy and that made Harlem turn away from the bird and hop across the stream.
