If you're referring to the colored "[Thunderclan]" label before the thread title, then if you go the Character Resources and create a new thread, you'll see a new drop-down box option next to the thread title. That is where you'll find the labels.
For your other question, multi-faction just means multiple clans/groups.

Ahh...yes. Thankyou. I wasn't sure if it was like an option in general like with threads the [COLOR] [COLOR/] thing. And how can someone be multi-faction if you were born in one clan then joined another wouldn't it change for example if you were born Thunderclan and joined Shadowclan wouldn't it originally be Thunderclan later Shadowclan?

I would assume the multi-faction would be for things like an everything finder.
Edit: For all your characters at once.

Usually it's for finders meaning if you're looking for characters from multiple clans to play roles for your character. For example: ClearWater from ThunderClan needs Best friend 1 from SkyClan and Best friend 2 from the Dusk Syndicate and Love interest from WindClan. That would be a Multi-faction Finder...I'm not too sure if it can be applied to biographies and other things...

It cannot be applied to biographies. The feature is for plot resources and character resources.

I thought so. That of course then answers Chameleon's question about putting formerly ThunderClan, now Syndicate etc. on a biography or something like that.
