making this here cause I’m trying to get my new kitty made asap cause I’m excited to use her!
so

wondering what purrk would be best for (if possible) I could have her automatically understand and be able to communicate in tail sign and help out her lil deaf friend!
Agatha kitty? Monkeys paw (depending on a drawback I’d be okay with), skip the steps? Help me out here

You could always say that they had lived with this deaf kitty for a while and had learned it by now, methinks ;o

no purrk needed !! unless someone specifically choose not to, cats & their tail language is something they automatically know bc its pretty essential apart of body language. even with paw gestures that's more of up 2 you decide as the roleplayer whether your character knows em instead of a purrk kind-of deal
