"He seems to have been attacked. Look here," He mewed, pointing at the large gash under his belly. "The claw marks seem to be large, apprentices wouldn't make something like that." He sighed, Oldleaf turned to make a mixture of herbs. "He needs healing quickly, I suggest you go get him something to eat."
The apprentice new exactly what to grab. She looked to the fresh kill, picking out the rabbit and running back. "Snowwhisper, please eat this," She murmured, giving the tom a lick on the head. He took a small bite, followed by a few coughs.
That night, the tom passed away.
Who Will be Mousepaw's new mentor?*

"Mousepaw, come walk with me." Runningstar mewed. Mousepaw picked herself up. It had been a week since her mentor had died. She showed no sign of life. Her pelt duller that every. Her eyes lifeless as she followed The leader.
"I've chosen your new mentor," He mewed. Mousepaw looked up at the white and grey tom. "Who?" She asked simply. Her ears low to her head.
"Me," He mewed, turning his head to her. "You seem cold, I think I can break through that." Runningstar let out a chuckle. Mousepaw slapped at him, hissing.
"I'll never accept you!"
The she cat darted away, tears falling from her eyes. Runningstar wasn't sure what to do.
What does Runningstar do next?
A. Chase after her
B. Let her be alone
C. Slap her
