Blazing woke up from his nap from his small bed with a long yawn. He stood up to stretch out his back legs from the sleep he had just woken up from. Hawk padded away from the kittypet Rust's house. Maybe I'll be luckier in finding a willing cat in the next few houses over, she thought, I've still got plenty of time until sundown. She walked by each fence sniffing the air for a scent of cat. "Dog loving neighbourhood," she muttered to herself, it had been quite a few houses before she had caught the scent of another kittypet.
She came across the outside of the last fence on the block and smelt the distinguishable soft pang of kittypet scent. "Finally," she sighed with relief, as she began to, yet again, try and recruit another kittypet. Hawk pounced up to sit on the top of the fence, and accidentally crashed into the kittypet that she was tracking. Both of the cats fell into the freshly planted flowers in the kittypet's twoleg home. The other kittypet got up, "who are you?" he questioned, confused as to what just happened. Hawk shook of her dark brown pelt, "I am Hawk, and a rogue, but listen to what I have to say." The other kittypet tensed up but remained stationary, the she-cat continued, "I have come from a barn a while away from here. There is prey to hunt, friendly cats nearby and your own freedom. Something you can't with twolegs." Hawk hesitated, then mewed, "I was wondering if you would like to join me?"
