Pigeonsight had been running towards the shadowclan border with his tail streaming behind him, everything was as it should be but just with frost and some snow and cold air. His blue eyes lit up with excitement as he spotted the familiar border yet again,even though he didn't really like shadowclan all that much it felt great to get back to work . The tom skidded to a halt 5 tail lengths away from the border before he looked over his shoulder at bearflower who seemed to have been falling behind making him smirk with a tail flick "and here I thought you were gonna take the lead!" the riverclanner teased .

Bearflower smiled with a light laugh. He flicked his tail amusingly and padded to the other tom. Bearflower wasn't a very fast cat in the first place.

The tom twitched his whiskers in amusement before taking his time at walking up to the border with curious eyes , he strained his ears to hear anything that may be out of the ordinary or kept his nose open for any non riverclan scents . If one clan had to break from leafbares harsh weather ....he bet on shadowclan to him they were greedy and besides they've had reputation of being foxhearts in the past. He felt his pelt prickle at the stories his mother told him and historic events, it all lit his pelt on fire. With an anger filled tail twitch the tom took a single step forward before he raised his nose to the air to take in a huge wif of air and tasting it, he could only catch the harsh sting and bitter taste of winter along with their clans scent and their own two scents. Shadowclan was off the hook for now "I'm surprised those ...foxhearts haven't snapped yet. I thought for sure by now they would have been trespassing . " he meowed with some hatred in his tone as he looked at bearflower with a bit of confusion . Maybe there stronger than he thought?

" he meowed his tone full of disappointment at the fact before he glanced at the border again " and to those few they have my respect ." he added with a sigh before turning around and walked up the right side " we'll do a full search, since they're scent markers are stronger than last time." he meowed with some disgust in his tone as he caught a strong wif of the pungent odor to him it was almost as bad as a skunks .

Pigeonsights ears flicked at that which made him smile in an instant with a shine in his eyes, the tom shrugged with a hum before speaking again "oh you know, hanging out with my apprentice ....kitsitting...telling stories...." he meowed with a mischievous tone near the end before he trailed off and paused for somewhat of dramatic effect. Then a grin could be seen on his muzzle when he looked at bearflower " and there are also times.....when I like to play fight! FOR RIVERCLAN!" he meowed a bit quickly before making a battle cry as he turned to face the other tom fully, he crouched with his claws sheathed and leaped at bearflower hoping to tackle him. He didn't think that this was bad thing since they are still technically working they were just having a little fun in between . What's so wrong with that? Many grew up too fast, he didn't want to fully yet.
